Andromeda Kinship ("we", "us", "our") operates the Haggle - AI Negotiation Coach mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Practice Session Data: When you use AI-powered practice sessions, your conversation messages and selected scenario context are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses and feedback. No personal identity information is included in these transmissions.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics such as session counts, scores, and feature usage to improve the App. This data is stored locally on your device.
Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Haggle Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
OpenAI: Practice conversation messages are processed by OpenAI to generate AI responses and feedback. OpenAI processes this data according to their data usage policies. We do not send personal identifying information to OpenAI.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to track subscription status.
All personal data (session history, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or store your data on external servers.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with OpenAI as described above, solely for the purpose of generating AI responses during practice sessions.
You can delete all locally stored data at any time through the Settings screen in the App. You can revoke AI data consent at any time, which will disable AI features until consent is re-granted.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
