Andromeda Kinship ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates the SellCraft mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.
By using SellCraft, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Profile Information: Your name and selected sales industry, which you provide during the onboarding process
- Goals and Notes: Personal goals you create, notes you add, and progress you manually track
- Chat Messages: Text messages you send to our AI coaching feature (Chiron)
- Preferences: Your notification settings, reminder times, and app preferences
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Statistics: Practice sessions completed, objections attempted, success rates, XP earned, streaks, and other in-app performance metrics
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version, and general device identifiers for troubleshooting and analytics
- Crash Data: Anonymous crash reports and error logs to help us improve app stability
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Email addresses (unless you contact us directly for support)
- Phone numbers
- Physical addresses or precise geolocation
- Payment or financial information (handled entirely by Apple/Google)
- Contacts, photos, camera data, or microphone data
- Browsing history or data from other apps
- Biometric data

3. AI Coaching Feature (Chiron)
3.1 About Chiron
Chiron is our AI-powered sales coaching assistant, named after the legendary centaur from Greek mythology who trained heroes like Achilles, Hercules, and Jason. Just as the mythological Chiron was known as the "wisest and justest of all centaurs" and the greatest teacher of heroes, our Chiron AI is designed to help train you to become a sales hero.
3.2 How AI Processing Works
Our App includes an AI-powered coaching feature called "Chiron" powered by OpenAI's API. When you use this feature:
- Your message and relevant context (name, industry, current stats) are transmitted to OpenAI's servers via encrypted connection
- OpenAI processes this data to generate a coaching response
- The response is returned to your device and displayed in the App
3.3 AI Data Handling
- No Training: Per our agreement with OpenAI, your data submitted through the API is NOT used to train OpenAI's models
- No Persistent Storage: We do not permanently store your chat conversations on our servers; conversations are processed in real-time and stored only locally on your device
- Data Minimization: We send only the minimum context necessary to generate relevant responses
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
- All user data (profile, goals, statistics, preferences) is stored locally on your device using secure encrypted storage mechanisms
- No account registration is required; your data remains on your device
- Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data
4.2 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure local storage using platform-provided secure storage APIs
- Regular security reviews and updates
- Minimal data collection practices
4.3 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

- Local Data: Retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App
- AI Conversations: Processed in real-time; not permanently stored on our servers
- Support Communications: If you contact us, we retain correspondence for up to 2 years for support and legal purposes
- Aggregated Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:

- Deletion: Delete all your data using "Reset All Data" in settings or by uninstalling the App
